SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 15 in preparation to
apply basecoat

10-30 parts of 2-001
In case of adding 2-001, do not add any
amount of thinner

Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm;
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar

APPLICATION

Control coat first, then application
of full poured coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat on reduced
pressure
