Underbody protection agent UBS
UBS CP 325 Car Chassis Protecting Agent is a robust solution forming a strong and flexible coat with a coarse texture, effectively resisting stone impacts. This UBS coating provides comprehensive protection against water, salt, petrol, and oils, while also offering soundproofing properties. Additionally, it can be over-painted with both 1K and 2K products. CP 325 UBS requires no prior preparation and is ready for spraying once opened. Notably, the new and improved sealer significantly increases the shelf life of the product. This versatile protective agent is available in 1-kilogram tins, ensuring a practical and efficient application for car chassis protection

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
2K acrylic primers and polyester putties: abrade with P240-P320, then blow off and clean up Epoxy primers: up to 12 hours after application apply without sanding. After 12 hours, the primer should be sanded with P320, then blasted and cleaned Steel: degrease and grind with P120, then blast and clean Plastics: degrease with degreaser, tarnish with fibre and then blow and clean up Polyester laminates: degrease and dry grind with P280, then blast and clean up
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Dense mass spray gun: 3-4 mm, pressure 3-4 bar
APPLICATION
Shake the pack before use. Apply 2-3 coats. Apply 1K, 2K paints after 1 hour
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
5-10 min after coating at 20°C and 65% relative humidity
DRYING
Drying times at 20°C and 65% relative humidity: ~60-90min
