Soft Plus polyester putty

CP 334 Soft Plus is a multifunctional polyester putty that combines the advantages of filling and finishing putties. Thanks to its universal formulation, it is ideal for filling both large irregularities and minor defects. CP 334 is characterised by excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, ease of application and the ability to be worked with both coarse and fine sanding papers. The product provides an exceptionally smooth surface without holes, minimising the need for additional sanding. Available in a 1kg pack, it is the ideal choice for professionals looking for a versatile and reliable solution.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
The product is applied to
a previously sanded and cleaned
substrate. Old coatings should
be removed. The most effective
method is application on an epoxy
primer CP 394. Do not apply putty
on top of reactive primer
MIXING RATIO 
100 parts of CP 334
Hardener:
• < 10°C - 3-3.5%
• 10-20°C - 2-2.5%
• > 20°C - 11.5%
APPLICATION 
Application in several thin coats.
After each of these, the product
should be cured
MIXING BEFORE USE 
The product must be mixed before
and after adding the hardener
DRYING 
Drying times at 20°C and
65% relative humidity:
- 20-30 min
IR DRYING 
~5 - 10  min, do not exceed 80°C
GRINDING 
Coarse (dry): P100-P120
Finishing (dry): P120-P280
