Plastic putty

CP 341 Plastic is a specialized polyester putty crafted for use on plastics. Characterized by high flexibility and ease of application, it yields a remarkably smooth surface. This putty is suitable for application on surfaces made of various plastics, including PP, EPDM, ABS, PC, PPO, and PA.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 
The product is applied to a previously
sanded maroon fleece surface. Then it
should be degreased with CP 015 remover,
and cleaned with CP 011 remover. Before
its application, it is necessary to discharge
the electrostatic voltage of CP 012
MIXING RATIO 
100 parts of CP 341
Hardener: 2%
APPLICATION 
Before starting work, it is recommended
that the components are warmed
up. Application in several thin coats.
The product should be cured after
application of each one. Do not exceed
3 mm thickness
MIXING BEFORE USE 
The product must be mixed before
and after adding the hardener
DRYING 
Drying times at 20°C and
65% relative humidity:
- 20-25 min
IR DRYING 
no applicable
GRINDING 
Coarse (dry): P100-P120
Finishing (dry): P120-P320
