CP 999 blending resin is a professional, single-component product for colour-matching when painting vehicle bodies. It is ideal for spot repairs, enabling a perfect transition between Kar-Bon basecoat and the existing paintwork on adjacent parts.
CP 999 is applied as a base coat, followed by a shaded Kar-Bon basecoat using the wet-on-wet method. Thanks to the unique properties of CP 999 resin, no visible ‘clouds’ are created at the transition boundary, and the differences in shade become completely unnoticeable.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Degrease the surface, matt the old coatings with a grey or golden fleece, preferably, with a matt polish

Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
1-2 coats on the surface before shading with basecoat. Apply the basecoat immediately after the resin application in order to prevent the resin coat from drying out
