Aqua 2G in white (Code: 2-100) is a high-quality water-based basecoat, now available in a handy 1L package. Our basecoat system consists of more than 60 color mixes based on advanced resin. Thanks to the high quality of the resin, the varnish provides excellent surface coverage, and the economical consumption makes the product extremely efficient. The product allows for easy and precise shading, making it easy to work even on complex projects. A wide range of toners makes it possible to reproduce even the most original coating colors. Reducing the use of organic thinners by up to 90%, Aqua 2G varnish is environmentally and environmentally friendly.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat

MIXING RATIO

Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010

SPRAY GUN SETTINGS

Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar

APPLICATION

First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure

EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION

10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
