Aqua 2G Extra White is a premium quality water-based basecoat, available in a practical 1L package. This intense, pure white varnish is based on an advanced resin for exceptional covering power and performance. You will achieve excellent results from the very first application, thanks to its easy shading and excellent adhesion to various surfaces. Aqua 2G Extra White allows you to reproduce the most original and intense shades of white. In addition, reducing the use of organic thinners by up to 90% makes the product environmentally and environmentally friendly, taking care of the health of users.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Once the suitable primer coat has
been abraded, clean using silicone
remover CP 015 in preparation to
apply basecoat

MIXING RATIO

Product diluted according to the colour:
- solid 5% dilution CP 010
- effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010

SPRAY GUN SETTINGS

Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm
Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar

APPLICATION

First control coat/spread, then
application of full coat.
For solid colours this is the end of
the process, effect colours require
an additional coat with reduced
pressure

EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION

10-15 min after coating at 20°C
and 65% relative humidity
