Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat
MIXING RATIO
Product diluted according to the colour: - solid 5% dilution CP 010 - effect 10-15% dilution of CP 010
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1,2-1,4 mm Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
First control coat/spread, then application of full coat. For solid colours this is the end of the process, effect colours require an additional coat with reduced pressure
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
10-15 min after coating at 20°C and 65% relative humidity
