Clearcoat 2K HS 2:1

CP 2008 is a two-component clearcoat with a low organic content (<420 g/l) and a high dry content (High Solid). It produces a coating of exceptional quality, characterised by a deep gloss, excellent depth and high scratch and weather resistance.
CP 2008 varnish is designed for both small and large areas, creating a thick, durable film. With its ability to be more diluted, it provides versatility and adaptability to different varnishing needs, guaranteeing a professional finish for any project.

applying clearcoat for a flawless

add 2.5-10% of thinner CP 040/ CP 070/
CP 055/ CP 075
Alternative hardeners:
CP 208 Fast < 15°C
CP 208 Slow >25°C

Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar

5-10 min after coating at 20°C

DRYING

Drying times at 20°C and
65% relative humidity:
- dust dryness: 30 min
- non-tacking: 90 min
- for assembly: 7 hrs
- thoroughly: 10 hrs
Drying times at 60°C and
65% relative humidity:
- for assembly: 30 min
