Multisealer Primer 2K HS 4:1
CP 363 is an excellent insulating primer that also acts as an adhesion promoter. It is ideal for quickly repainting old paintwork without sanding. It can be applied wet-on-wet for convenient and time-saving application. Thanks to its outstanding properties, CP 363 primer gives the painted surface a high gloss and effectively protects against corrosion. In addition, CP 363 can be tinted with acrylic and water-based systems up to 5%, increasing its versatility. The product is available in a 0.8 litre capacity.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
No abrasion required on stable previously painted substrates, but for added adhesion abrade only on leading edges using a grey P1200 abrasive pad by hand. Remove dust particles before cleaning substrate with CP 015. After the substrate is clean and dry apply CP 363 one layer only allowing substrate to airdry (max 1 hour) before applying basecoat or direct gloss topcoat
MIXING RATIO
4:1 100 parts of CP 363 25 parts of hardener CP 282/ CP 285/ CP 286 30 parts of thinner CP 040/ CP 070/ CP 055/ CP 075. Tinting up to 5% with: Acryl, LV Cryl, Aqua 2G
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.4-1.6 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
