Direct to metal converter of acrylic mixing systems

The 1L pack of CP 370 DTM is a specialised additive for Profix acrylic varnishes, which allows the creation of a varnish mix for application directly to unprimed metal surfaces. The combination of the Acryl / LV Cryl system with CP 370 DTM provides a coating with exceptional corrosion resistance, offering a professional finish and long-lasting protection.
The mixture can be applied in one or two coats to suitably prepared metal substrates such as steel, aluminium or galvanised steel. The product has excellent adhesion and high mechanical resistance, making it an ideal choice for cost-effective industrial applications, providing effective protection and durability on a variety of substrates.

Application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

The surface is degreased with CP 015.
The primer is then applied to the surface
sanded with P320-P400 abrasives.
Can be applied directly to bare metal
