Silver Line M9-0306 in a 3.5 litre can is a professional, single-component, solvent-based paint with a medium silver grain, designed for intensive renovation and repair work on rims, hubcaps and other metal parts. The medium silver pigment gradation gives surfaces an elegant, distinctive look with a metallic sheen, ideal for workshop applications. The product offers very good coverage, fast drying and trouble-free application, and the larger capacity ensures efficiency and an economical solution for professional paint shops that expect repeatable, high-quality results.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat

1:1 100 parts of SilverLine base 100 parts of thinner CP 040/ CP 070/ CP 055/ CP 075
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
2 full coats plus 1 coat under reduced pressure for effect colours
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
At 20°C and 65% relative humidity 5-10 min before application of clearcoat
