Silver Line M9-0459 in a 3.5 litre can is a high-quality, single-component, solvent-based paint with a coarse silver grain, designed for intensive paintwork on rims, hubcaps and other parts made of steel and light metals. The coarse silver pigment creates a distinctive, decorative effect with a deep shine and a characteristic structure that emphasises surface details. The product is characterised by very good covering power, fast drying time and easy application. The 3.5 litre container is the optimal solution for workshops and service centres that value efficiency, durability and an impressive paint finish.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat

1:1 100 parts of SilverLine base 100 parts of thinner CP 040/ CP 070/ CP 055/ CP 075
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
2 full coats plus 1 coat under reduced pressure for effect colours
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
At 20°C and 65% relative humidity 5-10 min before application of clearcoat
