MAX Clear Flow HS is a clear coat designed to achieve a durable, exceptionally transparent final finish with a high gloss level. The product features very good flow, which makes application easier and ensures an aesthetically pleasing finish - especially when a smooth surface and clean paint appearance are required. The coating is resistant to scratches and weather conditions, helping to maintain its appearance over time. The clear coat is suitable for painting both small and large surfaces.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Ensure basecoat surface is clean using antistatic cloth before applying clearcoat for a flawless finish

100 parts MAX Clear Flow
50 parts hardener MAX Multi
SPRAY GUN SETTINGS
Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm; Operating pressure: HVLP/RP 1.8-2.0 bar
APPLICATION
2 full coats
EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
5-10 min after coating at 20°C and 65% relative humidity
DRYING
Drying times at 20°C and 65% relative humidity:
- dust dryness: 15 min
- non-tacking: 40 min
- for assembly: 5 hrs
- thoroughly: 10 hrs
Drying times at 60°C and 65% relative humidity:
- for assembly: 30 min
IR DRYING
~30 min
