Epoxy primer 2K HS 2:1
MAX EPO Primer is a 2K HS-class epoxy primer with a 2:1 mixing ratio, developed to provide durable protection and stable surface preparation prior to topcoating. Thanks to the use of high-quality resins, it offers exceptionally effective anti-corrosion protection for steel surfaces, while also providing very good adhesion to various substrates: steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, laminates (GFK/GRP), and existing paint coatings.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Degrease the surface using CP 015. Apply the primer to coatings sanded with P180-P240 grit. It can be applied directly to bare metal

Nozzle 1,6-1,8 mm; perating pressure: HVLP/RP 1,8-2,0 bara

EVAPORATION TIME AFTER APPLICATION
5-10 min. after priming at 20°C and 65% relative humidity Evaporation continues until a matt surface is visible
DRYING
Drying times at 20°C and 65% relative humidity:
- dust dryness: 10 min (2 coats)
- before sanding: 2-2,5 hrs
Drying times at 60°C and 65% relative humidity:
- before sanding 30 min
